60/120 blinds, 12 ante

SB: 10,143 (84.5 bb)
Hero (BB): 7,241 (60.3 bb)
MP1: 5,628 (46.9 bb)
MP2: 6,162 (51.4 bb)
MP3: 7,856 (65.5 bb)
CO: 6,162 (51.4 bb) 19/0 over 27 hands
BTN: 14,334 (119.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Jd Jh
3 folds, CO calls 120, BTN calls 120, SB folds, Hero raises to 720, CO raises to 6,150 and is all-in, BTN folds, Hero??

Early stage of the tournament, I need 43% equity to call this massive shove. I think it's fine to let it go here especially when I believe I have an edge of the rest of the field and can find a better spot to get my money in.

How would you range CO here? Since he open limped I think he could easily be uncapped here. If it was BTN who overlimped/shoved I would be much happier calling off with JJ.

Call, JJ does too well against is limp shove range.
I've seen players do this with 22-99 many times
