I decide not 3 bet here in the big blind with aces. After seeing his hand I feel like its probably a mistake because I could have probably gotten stacks in. But I wanted to conceal my hand so I decided just to call. I slow play the hand checking flop and turn and check the river instead of betting. Do you guys think its better to bet the river here? How would you guys play it?

Actually I would 3-bet pre in this specific spot. I feel that UTG+1 holds a strong hand because :
1) he is on EP
2) he has the stack of M-size

So I make reasonable assumption that he either 4-bets shove or calls in response to our 3-bet. Both of these actions are desirable for us.

To compare : if everyone would fold to SB and he would raise, I would call.
