Seemed like a 100% standard hand but when i thought about it, when i open here i would almost certainly be folding to a 3bet, despite stealing a lot while approaching the bubble my read is that neither of the blinds would 3bet with much worse, potentially A9s but even that is a stretch.

With this in mind is it still fine to open this or should it be in my open shoving range?

Raise. They fold a huge % of time, we do OK against a calling range, & were not getting shoved on that often. Yeah if either player 3b, we fold, but not a huge consideration considering most likely outcomes.

You still have to raise. Go with your read.

A10 hero calling/4 betting all in isn't terrible when even after losing you'll still have enough BB to hang on and cash.

If you're certain these guys defend a wide range, then MAKE them defend it with their life. Chances are even if they 8X 3bet you, the BB at least can still make a laydown to your 4 bet.
