Pre Flop: (t225) Hero is UTG with A

Hero raises to t375, 3 folds, SB calls t300, BB calls t225

Flop: (t1125) 5

(3 players)
SB checks, BB bets t450

BB had been playing pretty TAG but this was his first donk bet. Am I committed? Should I have avoided this hand altogether with my awkward stack size? Is he just betting because he knows I'm going to continuation bet this flop regardless of my cards?

Opening UTG with 12bbs is usually pretty spewy. As played no way I'm folding now.

BB had odds pre to call with any A, so you might still win.
