Ideal ROI & ITM percentages for MTT

I have read multiple forums and articles on what is a good ROI % and ITM %, and they seem to differ a bit.
Is 20%+ ITM still considered 'pro'?
Also, I am not sure what a good ROI % is? I mainly play MTT. Very rarely I play sit n' gos.

I don't know about what's considered "pro" or not, but I've averaged a bit >1 mtt per day over the past three years on small sites with games ranging from 3 players to 20 players average, depending on structure and buyin.
My tracked tourneys? Here are some basic stats unfiltered for structure or buyin or game type:
717 games
roi: 9.8%
and if I remember correctly:
11% 1st place
20-25% itm
Those numbers look even better if filtered for no limit holdem mtts, in which I have roi >20% in >500 games.

I see, that is interesting. I feel like ROI of 9.8% is a bit small, no? Again, I am not sure of the numbers, but maybe with smaller fields (3-20 players) it is different.

It could be higher if I didn't play so many mixed game tourneys.
