So here is the situation:

We're four-handed in a $33 tournament with the following payouts:

$840
~$1100
~$2200
~$3400

SB and I have about 1.1m in chips, UTG has 1m in chips and the button has about 290k. Blinds were 12.5k/25k with an ante of 3,125.

We pick up pocket tens in the BB and it's folded to the SB who has been aggro during the entire FT raises it to 62k. We re-raise to 170k. SB shoves.

SB has been fairly active, raising most buttons and SBs during this FT. I'm fairly certain we're mostly up against AK/AQ and very rarely against a better pair. We could either fold and wait to ladder up or try to flip to go three-handed with more than 60% of the chips. The button with 290k chips has not been very active so difficult to know how long laddering up would take.

What do you do?
