Hey, this is my first post, so please be considerate

Situation:
0,50$ NLH / 180 Sng turbo on Pokerstars

ITM with 13 Players left.
7 handed @my table

UTG: 12 BB
UTG+1: not relevant
MP: 8 BB
CO: not relevant
BN: 18 BB (Hero)
SB: >18 BB
BB: 15 BB

Preflop:
UTG raises 2 BB
MP push 8 BB

Hero K,Js (with 18Bb left)

What is the right play?
Wich ranges would you give the opponents?

Thank you for your Feedback

Easy fold. You have a healthy stack and won't be in good shape against the shover's range (plus the fact that the utg opener might also have a strong ramge), so there is no need to risk almost half your stack in such a marginal spot.

Without info on the opponents I would give the following ranges:

Utg: 77+/AJ+/ATs/KQs

MP: 44+/AJ+/ATs+/KQ+/KJs+ (might be a bit on the loose side)

UTG's raise seems weird as he only has 12BB. Either he does not have any idea on the game strategy with small stack sizes or he sets up the trap having something like KK, AA and waiting that someone shoves. I would lean towards the 2nd option and fold :-)

Hey guys, thanks for your feedback and sorry for my late reaction.

@Darth_Maul:
I´m really not sure with your range selection. I think the UTG min raise could be much more blow up in these typs of micro tourneys.

But also when i use your ranges and calculate the equity, i got 21,8%
And in my oppinon the UTG Player would fold some of these Hands, because he has to risks his tourney life on the final table bubble.

And against the All in Player i get around of 35% equity with your range (in my example i get around 44%)

So i really think that a push would be a possibity....but i´m really not sure.

Snap fold. There’s no way UTG is raising wide here. You’re possibly ahead of MP, although that’s not even likely and this is not a good spot overall with KJs. I wouldn’t even call an UTG open-shove here, much less an UTG open followed by an MP shove with UTG still behind.

I think you can shove KJs vs the CO or HJ raise but not with UTG and then a push from MP. Here is a fold.
