how to calculate defend and resteal vs 100% steal BvB IP

Hey. Let's say reg hardly steal BvB close to ATC any stacksize for 3bb. (95-100% huge sample). we defend a lot vs him also we 3bet vs him light with medium hands. How to calculate best defend/3bet ranges vs him at dif. blinds level and stacksizes. from 100bb to 10bb stacks.

use a poker range calculator with a heat map, I use Power Equilab but there are plenty. Take a SB 95% range and compare it to a 100% range and check equity. A good starting point vs this type of player might be to take the top 15% of hands and make them value 3 bets and the bottom 8% and make them bluffs and adjust from there

If SB regular opens 100% with 3bb bet without ICM pressure, it is huge leak. I would start by never folding from BB if the situation is not super repeatable.
Say you 3 bet to 9bb with weak hand. You invest 8bb and whenever SB folds you get ~5bb (antes in play)
If SB folds 50% and 4 bet 25% and call 25%
50% you gain 5bb +2.5bb
25% you lose 8bb -2bb
When called, 25% of the time pot is 17bb and you need to win 6bb on average.
Your opponent is OOP with hand range that is ~10-35 percentile hands, and you have all the good hands in your range. You would likely get 6bb with 2 Uno cards and good aggression, but 27o is way better than UNO cards against 10-35 range.
If situation repeats itself all the time, say you are playing 3 handed MTT and SB player is good enough to perhaps change strategy at some point, folding something like bottom 10% and 3 betting "only" 30% (including the weak stuff) is fine. Remember again that unless villain 4 bets 25% they are in trouble and if they do their value hands are top 10% with plenty of rather weak bluff holdings so they should go broke with top 10% vs. 5 bet thus making top 6% of hands easy 3b-5b for value and bunch of hands great 3b-5b bluffs etc...
E: That SB range is impossible to defend, strategy is horrible against decent BB. Key is to not fold against the open and 3b a lot with the weak hands, at least 15%, also never 3b-folding any top 15% holdings because they are good vs. any half-decent 4 bet strategy SB may use.
