Leading the flop is oh-so-bad... First your opponent's range is usually insanely strong I don't even think he has AK much at all given the PF sizing, but with that bet you're at the same time face up and overplaying your hand and you have no good option after that because when he does anything else than folding (and when he does you had the best hand and prevented him from cbetting) you have no idea what to do, he could try to bluff you when he doesn't have the nuts but he has 25% with anything and he has a pretty huge range advantage so that's bad.
Close to a fold PF, setmining should be somewhat OK, on better flops like this one we have to c-c most cbet sizings and go from there often fold turn when we don't improve because that min 3-bet UTG+1 is the nuts way too often.
