Hello guys,
I am trying 45 SNG tournament poker in small stakes. I am Rookie in this type. The first lesson which I learned is MTT instruction from pokerstarsschool.com. How about it? Do play 45 SNG and are you profitable from this type of tournament?

When I got back into poker a couple months ago I used the 45m and 180m to build a roll. I find them very profitable

I built my roll off the 45 turbos years ago but haven't played them recently. Just be prepared for some big variance, especially if you play the turbos. They move quickly and you can go through long bust out stretches.

tbh i think there is less variance in the 45man SnG than most other forms of poker

200 buyins is probably still a reasonable roll

Yes! They are profitable. I build my BR there
Play tight early, open you range mid-game and try to not doing mistakes on the bubbles ( FT and ITM).
Don't shove any Ax from EP or MP when short and you will be good
