in my experience when players at the micros make a PSB OTR its a monster 9 times out of 10

Yeah the turn check is really strange it denotes huge strenght, looked like he wanted you to pick a free river. Maybe he turned quads or full house

You have a big range advantage on that flop so you can bet smaller.

When you bet fairly large and he puts in a min x/r on a flop that's good for your range, that's a pretty strong move. Especially on a flop that doesn't contain any strong draws. You'll see AT/A5/TT/55 often here.

Large river bets are polarizing bets, and usually denote a monster or a bluff. But on a board with no obvious bluffs, lean heavily towards monster. If I had to guess his hand, I'd say A5.

Is there even a hand here you would want to c/r OTF as a bluff? Looks insanely strong to me indeed. Probably checks the turn to give you a free card. And value bets OTR. I would keep an eye on V, see if he c/r on any flop and make a note accordingly.
