Heads up play? Heads up play?

I keep making heads up in small stakes poker tourneys at a small under ground poker room but keep getting clobbered by lucky aggressive players who go all-in preflop around 70-80% of the the time, even if they have pretty big stacks (30-60bb)? What would be the best strategy against players like these? Typical scenario would be, I have anywhere between 30-60bb and villain also has 30-60bb and I raise with AX, K8+, Q9+, J9+, T7+,97+ etc and all pocket pairs and get jammed all-in all the time and I either always have the best hand when I do and get sucked out on. Should I just jam all-in with a slightly tighter range and avoid raising against these aggressive players? I'm I just playing too tight?

I'd you keep getting it in with the best hand, just keep doing what you're doing. Would you rather get it in with a worse hand?

If he is really going all in all the time then call him with 10% of best hands with such a big stacks. If smaller stacks - call with 20%.
