I had some of these spots yesterday and I din't know what was the best play. Let's say we are in a SNG or Mtt on bubble.

Get dealt AQ on MP1/2/3 or CO. We have 15/20bb

Some villain from UTG+2+3, MP2/3 Or x2. He is a LAG like and opens from early 20% in like 300 hands.

The villain is not realy important here. The question is: Having 3/5 people behind to act, is here AQo enough to 3b push? AQs?

The villain is prob more important than how many players are behind tho. The people behind likely aren't going to have hands to call.

Agree. You have a strong enough hand that you shouldn't be worried about the people behind. If someone wakes up with a monster, so be it. The question is whether you have enough hand+fold equity against the opener's range to make shoving correct.
