It's FT i'm just wondering can we play this other than x/jam? his bet looks strong like overpair but we have slightly better hand than overpair. Calling here and folding turn if we won't hit i think is weak. Folding here it's too weak. What would you do if he would bet 1/2 pot considering ICM?

I would say x/push otf is the best solution because you definitely have a lot of fold equity on this flop versus MP and you hit tp + fd.
MP's range looks strong because there is a short stack on BTN that might push and V knows that, however, this strong range does not hit this flop well.
All other options look meh as you mentioned..call otf makes you pot commited because spr will be ±1.5-1 and if flush does not complete ott you only have a pair of 7..fold is terrible because the flop is amazing for your hand and if you fold on this kind of flop, you should have folded pre..

Is this raise/bet sizing typical for this villain?

think this is a fold pre to a 3x given tightish stats and ICM dynamics making it so hard to play this hand (as we find out) - If 3x is not standard raise it pushes us even more towards a fold.

As played - call the flop and hope to improve or that V slows down - we have decent equity in chip terms with a check-jam but not in $ terms - second stack vs chipleader is the worst possible ICM situation - I think ICM factor >2 here.

I really like c-bet size of V here. He put hero in a very akward situation when every possible solution looks questionable.

I don't like the check unless you plan a c/r all-in. I prefer you bet the flop and jam if they raise you.
