Edit: think we have to push with a reasonably wide range here given stack size

Yea I like shoving here utg will have two cards and we should win the bs and as fairly often. Nice to win a 35% flip if someone calls behind 2

But to reiterate for OP, he needs chips & this is a top 15% hand w/ blockers & NFD potential. He should be overjoyed to gii here & ignore ICM till later, especially in a turbo.
