Seat 5: villian (7031790 in chips, $99.80 bounty)

Seat 7: hero (3566757 in chips, $68.48 bounty)

Is there any chance that villian is bluffing here or shoving a hand which i got beat like a gutshot or straightdraw or is there a hero in this world who can fold here?

his reraise came insta so it`s most likely a Q right

yeah I think I'd let this one go. Hard to imagine he would do this with AJ maybe AQ, AA or the odd KK

Looks absolutely disgusting this spot. Definetly don't blame you for the call. The problem is that we don't beat any check raises that go for value, so we only beat bluffs after he goes for the c/r. His worst check-raising range might look something like: JJ+, AQ, KTs, QTs+, T9s against which we have 36% equity and remember this is definetly on the larger side, while we are getting 34% pot odds. Deep in the tournament I would want a bit more of on edge.

Honestly, I think once we bet, we have to smash the keyboard curse 3 times and call, but honestly in a 3-bet pot I wouldn't be c-betting this board in the first place, he called a sizeable 3-bet OOP so his range likely looks something like 1010-QQ AQs+, so the c-bet gets him to fold the 10's and AK if he chooses not to stack off with that(which you beat anyway) and the rest of his range just has you crushed.

This is such a polarized flop in a 3b pot I would just check as others mentioned.

i bet because i dont rly no in that situation what to do and maybe scare him off of any hand i beat and it`s my likeliest move to just bet

but here is the point in game i often dont think much about what range my opponent has and everything happens automaticly, after he jammed AI i thought for a second **** i am beat, but i just called without any longer considerration

how can i avoid playing that brainless in the future?

thanks for yall responses and help and please excuse my english

How can you avoid playing brainless? Take every decision seriously. Even if you're folding consider what the top of your fold range is. You need better habits likely. No reason to insta do anything when someone jams, you can take some time.
