Most people probably don't find bluffs here and Jd isn't shoving for value often.

I assume this is the very beginning of a tournament. There's no point in playing for stacks with 4 diamonds on the board with the second nuts here IMO. Reverse implied odds are huge and doubling up here won't double up the chance to win the tournament. Very very sigh fold, hate folding here but they always have it

I also wonder about the river bet. You certainly won’t get a fold from a better hand. Do you think you’d get called by a lesser hand here? Possible, but checking the river might well reduce your loss. At worst, you could make a crying call if you think your river check might induce a bluff. Assuming a similar bet size, your equity is greater after a check/call than a bet/fold line on the river. Even if you c/f the river, you saved 43 bb.
