4 left at this point. Table was playing pretty reasonably with most of us being push/fold when it got to the FT but we got down from 7 to 4 pretty quickly, plus the BB got knocked out the last hand so no SB this hand. So I'm in that tricky spot where I have ~9.5BBs left which seems like too much to open shove, but feel committed to jam flop after putting in a 3x raise. Thoughts?

shove or fold are your only options. I shove there. Waiting for short stack to bust is also an option. I never play to move up one spot so I shove.

i don't like the raise with KQo here because you are pot committed post flop.

just shove it, 4 handed it's fine

TY both. As played he called and had 55. Yeah, an open shove would have been much better there. Makes it a tougher decision for him and even if he calls my money would have gotten in as only a slight dog. Also I was vulnerable to a stop and go in this spot too. If he didn't hit the set I think he shoves flop instead of checking to me.

Definitely just shove preflop to get to most fold equity you can and the best chance of gobbing up the blinds and antes
