Considering how short everybody is and with the fact that you have double the stack size of the 2nd guy in chips, you can really go either way. If I raise, then I call it off against the button and BB, but fold against the 2nd guy in chips in the SB.

I think a shove is much better - with 10BB effective we should shove any hand we play - r/f is terrible against anyone. The fact that it's FT and people should be calling tighter due to ICM just makes it a better situation.

I would rs 2.2 X BB because the 2 shortest stacks are going to be keeping an eye on each other, looking to move up the next pay scale. Heck, even 2nd place will be thinking about that, so as the BIG stack, I think it's a good time to take control of the table and take down the blinds and small pots when someone calls preflop, then folds to your c-bet. By raising, you're also going to keep in hands like KJ and QJ and stack them off when both of you hit the same pair.

Call shoves by the shorter 2 stacks.

Inducing with QKo is horrible poker. You don't want to induce action from hands that are better than yours but at the same time can fold if you shove like smaller pairs or Ax that would fold to a shove but might consider a re-steal if you are opening wide.

You could think about inducing with the top of your range and KQo does not qualify...

I played around with this hand in ICMizer a bit, looking at shoving vs. minraise-calling each player. Shoving is clearly better. Raise-calling the button is breakeven at best (given that he likely isn't jamming nash, it's probably just a big losing play), raise-calling the SB is very bad, and raise-calling the BB is marginal at best, since he is also likely shoving tighter than nash.

It's good to look at final table spots like this in ICMizer2. You can play around with each players' ranges a bit and find out which plays are showing more profit. In certain spots, raise-calling is much more profitable than open shoving. The results can be a little surprising sometimes.
