It appeared to be a really odd play and didn't seem to correspond to any sort of value range. I put villain on a range consisting of straight draws, AK, Jx and potentially a poorly played underpair to the board. I put a wider/stronger range than this into the equity calculator, including overpairs, sets, 2 pairs, and some Qx and it gave me 41.5%. I was going for the win and with the other stacks it seemed like a good spot to accumulate, although I'd like to know what somebody more versed in ICM situations would say as it was close in pure odds terms.
Any constructive critique on my rationale would also be appreciated, haven't played for a while so trying to feel my way back in. All the best.
