So I have two big questions about this hand... Should I have called the 3bet preflop, and should I have shoved on the flop... Thinking back on it the shove might have been a bit extreme, but his bet size was so small, it just screamed weakness imo.

Looks like a cooler to me - i don't think think you are ever getting away here and I think a shove is better than a call on the flop because there are so many bad turns for your hand
