Villain is fish

That turn card seems to me good for second barrel (i can make him fold any smaller pair) and gives me backdoor equity ; but on the other side it hits his drawing range too and fishes hate folding (specially with a draw !)

What does hero do?

don't just call people a fish without explaining what you mean - on it's own it's just meaningless abuse. If you mean V is a loose passive calling station then the worst thing you can do is keep barreling weak hands. Check flop and go from there.
