This was semi late in a large tourney(300 left out of ~400). I don't know if I can ever get away here. I feel like I should always raise his limp. I don't feel like I can fold to a min 3-bet and figure with the flush draw it's worth bluffing.

I had this paragraph written out and then realized I didn't even calculate how many bb's you had lol. With only 19bbs your iso-raise is GIGANTIC with the 6x! I think I'm just ripping it pf here.
A case could probably be made to make it 2.5x - 3x since you do have position on opponent.
Because your raise is so large and the fact that he min 3-bets it from the sb of all places, is a pretty big red flag for me.
With that being said, with odds and position I'd call the 3 bet. You're in position post, I don't think there is any need to bluff shove w a 4-card 9 hi flush draw especially over his flop bet into you.

OP made it only 3x.

idk, I might just shrugfold pre. As played you gotta fold flop though

I would shove 19bb with A9 pre B vs. B. Super exploitable to be looking to bet-fold 19bb effective and a bit thin to bet-call readless. I would attack populations SB limp with appropriate 40+% bet range from BB at this stack depth and tournament situation. As played I would call preflop reraise and flop bet. No range has A9 with flushdraw not have enough equity and stacks are too shallow for villain to exploit hero. We were committed to call preflop shove, even more committed to call preflop reshove and also just getting it in vs. preflop clickback would be fine. With this flop calling and continuing with turned 7, J, A or diamond would be ok line but trying to not get chips in when committed in a KO tournament is rarely good approach and reshoving flop seems ok too.

this is why it's so important to format your hands...

there is no fold pre b/c v limped. IMO check back pre and jam are both okay, against rec players I think jam is probably slightly better. Raise 3x is basically the worst option lol

If I were checking back A9o it would be for odd balance reasons to have few Ax comboes in range when flop comes A high so I don't need to call triple barrels with bunch of third pairs etc., but it would be kind of specific hand thing. A2o is snapshove and bunch of weak suited stuff too. SB should limp-call many broadways without A, A2s-A8s as well as 66-88 so A9o is decent even when shove gets called.

I guess the problem I see with shoving A9o is that it isn't a hand that's incentivized to see all 5 cards (it cant make a straight or a flush). but it has good top pair potential.. idk tho, like I said both options seem okay to me
