I'm folding he might have the same hand as you, otherwise we are well behind here.

Ughh.

He's almost never supposed to be donking here, but what do you expect from a 39/18? It's hard to say what to do here from a GTO perspective because his donking frequency is so low (<10%). I'd intuitively say his range is mostly mid to low pairs with some A-high sprinkled in. The real kicker is not knowing our fold equity. It always exists, but do 55 ever b/f? Impossible to say with the info given.

Frustrating because every time you fold he shows up with something ******ed like AJo and every time you jam he shows up with something ******ed like 55. Don't think you you can flat here but if you have some sick soul read that he'll give up all bricks and allow you to realize all your hot/cold equity+SDV maybe we could make a flatting strategy work.


Mostly this has to be a jam or fold spot though, mostly fold. But against a more richly described villain (like if you've seen him b/f crazy spots before, or anything else suggesting he's weaker than nut no-pair here) this can easily be mostly a jam.

Yeah don't think we can carry on here - passive player is almost always ahead - would size the 3b smaller

He had QQ. I think he was ready to fold the flop if an A or K appears...
