Villain is shoving most turns, what are you hoping to hit if you call?

Pretty easy gold IMO

pre is marginal with so many reshove behind, I would just fold

I would just b/f 35% pot otf, fold as played

Agree. We're seeing a theme in your posts: opening too wide in situations where you should be tighter. In this spot you shouldn't be opening hands that can't stand up to a reshove when there are so many reshove stacks behind you.

i open because the table was 7 handed , and i show some good cards at the showdown , and use my stack to put presure on shortstacks.

You are far away from the money, so you don't put any pressure to the short stacks, no ICM considerations there.

OR with that hand is pretty marginal, might be ok if the villians are tight. Bet/fold as played, SB seems strong putting near to a half of his stack there.

Re: Could i ever find a call here?

Are we sure we like c-betting the flop here into both blinds?

I know effective SPR is pretty low on flop, but that board seems better for their range than yours. Maybe the 3s are a wash, but I feel like they're going to have more 8s than you will.

What better hands are you trying to get to fold? With your bet size the blinds have an MDF of about 69%. I think even 44 is a borderline call and I don't think they have AT+ because that would have 3-bet pre-flop.

What worse hands are you trying to get to call on this drawless board? I don't see them have worse aces or calling with them, and I don't see many Khigh calling.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel if you're c-betting into two people with A9o you're going to have way too many bluffs on this flop.

Re: Could i ever find a call here?

fold pre and check flop. there are a lot of better hands to cb with as a bluff (stuff that has less sd value and that can turn bd draws and keep barreling). i think its reasonable to delay some turns when we check back or just take this hand to sd. as played it illustrates why "putting pressure" on your opponents doesn't rly work as well as you thought it would. sb checkraises you on a board that is a lot better for you than for him (sb should have zero 3s or 8s in his range and cant have pps either) and yet you still cant win the hand (dont mean that in an offensive way at all, just keep in mind how wide you want to open, which hands you want to cbet etc).

Re: Could i ever find a call here?

Anyway i fold the hand, BUT i have doubts and thats why i post here. The c/r was a nordic player 16/5 over 19 hands, and i think he could make a bluff here thats 's why i post on two plus two. Why i open? because the gameflow was good for me. Why i cbet ? because the flop texture is good for me and mostly miss my oponnents. Thanks for the help

Ok, what the range for opening here? A-10, A-8s, any pair?

open very little r/f possibly none, very weighted to r/c so really only the top of your range

Re: Could i ever find a call here?

When you're airballing and get c/r general rule is to fold. The open is too loose without the proper dynamics... in later position its fine. Seems a decent hand to check back on the flop, but once you've put yourself in this spot a cbet can never be too bad; again a question of table dynamics.

If you're getting into/thinking a lot about spots like this you're making the game too complex, espescially at micro stakes. The simplest way to remedy that is with your preflop strat.

Tighter. Not only do you have to worry about reshoves but you're in MP with another decent sized stack on the BTN. I'm probably opening something like 88+/ATs+/AJ+ and maybe KQs.
