21 players left of a $10 MTT - a double up would put me in a good position to make the FT and a shot at serious ROI.
I've been experimenting with taming my aggression for pot control and avoiding needless heavy losses. Previously I would jam all in preflop to villain's raise but I min-raised to convey strength and avoid giving my opponent 5 chances to spike an ace.
Was this the right play? Should I have jammed? Should I have called (pot control) and bail if i get heat on an A flop? Or does optimum play mean I was always destined to lose all my chips regardless?
