1.If you use a "minimum frequency" postflop (GTO like), your "weak" bluff catchers wins nothing. "Weak" means they can't beat a value hand from his range, "a pure bluff catchers". If you use "the exact" min frequency, you have a loss from the rake.
2. If someone use a value heavy range vs your balanced play (AKA GtO), you will lose money. The GTO is not "unexploitable". Can't be expoited with bluffs, but can be with value bets.
