$20 buyin online home tournament. 15 bought in, 6 left, 3 pay.
Hero has 19 BB, villain has 35, SB has 13.
Hero limps ug JdJc against a very aggressive BB villain.
SB call BB checks.

SB and BB check.
Hero bets 1/3 pot, SB folds, BB calls.
turn Tc
Hero bets 1/2 pot, villain shoves allin. pot is 20bb, hero has 8 bb left.
Action?

Raise preflop. Check turn, flop might be a check sometimes as well.

as played fold. had it been raised preflop decisions would have been easier possible delayed cbets etc...

Flop is mixed. In a limp pot, I think betting is superior to deny equity. Small sizing
Check back turn, probably call river depends on sizing
As played, fold and make a mental note to NEVER open limp with strong hands

Agreed, this is a 100% raise. In this instance, I was actually the villain with 6h7h, and I wanted to see if there was anyone who could reason out a hero call in the villain's case. I shoved over his turn raise, thinking I could easily represent a Q or QT or some other big blind special.
Considering JJ as blockers to the straight draw, only other options: top pair Q's, flush draw and relative 2 pr nut hands.
