Calculating bounty to chip value in a knockout tournament

Hi,
Could anyone tell me if I got the calculation of bounty to chip value correct?
$10+1 bounty builder on stars, $7.50 from each buy-in will be added to the bounty prizepool. Knockout is 50% of the bounty. So the $3.75 bounty is worth 7500 chips? I'm confused please correct me if im wrong.

Forgot to mention, starting stack is 5000
