$25 triple up, starting stack is 75 BB with 6 minute levels. 6 handed, so top three triple up, six don't cash. Six are currently remaining and we are in level 5. Hero is the short stack with 12 BB, but there are two other pretty short stacks (18 BB and 20 BB). Villains have been playing pretty passively and conservatively.

HJ open limps (50 BB) , SB calls (20 BB), and we check the BB with T

No need so much analysis here...
The only viable lines for my point of view are:
Check/call, bet river if improved. Check/call on bricks ( in this case any A or K is bad for us) add : good cards are a 2 3 4 7 8 9 and Q

Bet pot on turn and shove any river ( any K or A is bad for us again)

Passive or aggressive? Your choice
It's a limped pot, you didn't even put a single chip in the pot...so no need to fight so hard but with some kind of reads that you think they fold, i'd go for the aggro line
