V is 14/11 in 90 hands ; cbets 17%
I suppose he sees me as a quite tight guy , i dont defend many hands on the BB vs MP PFR (and even less against a tight guy like him)

Whwn he checks behind i suppose he doesnt have any pair , two hearts or AhX so with that brick OTT i try to make him fold any overcards he is checking with...but he called....now i am clueless about his range....should i continue with my bluff OTR?

Based off of his tendencies do you think he's folding AQ AK 88 77 enough to warrant a bet? If so then go ahead and bet. If not check fold.

Bluff does not have to fold out all the hands, only some hands. If V called it does not mean that something went wrong.
This is a good board/position to represent 6x - 65s, 64s, 76s, 86s, 96s - it fits into the line you have taken : x on the flop with an intention to x/r, bet on the turn to charge pairs, flush draws, straight draws. Think what size would you bet with 6x on this river and V's range.

Hand is too good to bluff with. Check/call turn, check/decide river.

What hands u want him to fold? Is my sizing correct? How narrow V's range my turn bet?

AP i would bet turn like 35-45% with plans to barrel good river ( more than half pot)
Or other line is bet strong on the turn (+75%) and check/decide river

You have a good amount of SD value here, and your turn bet isn't a bluff per se, it's a thinnish vbet and a solid protection bet
