so you raised 2BB and V 3-bets 11BB? doesn't it look like he wants to induce shoving and we should consider flatting or even folding instead?

A 3bet CO vs MP is usually a strong range. Your hand is too strong to fold and too weak to 4bet. Just call. OTF, you can check fold. You're blocking AQ, and he won't be taking this line with JJ. In a small flop, you won't have much other choice that loosing here. You don't want people folding you QQ with AK.

Posting results makes all advice useless.

Are you afraid of flops? A lot of people are and it makes them push all in preflop so they don't have to make decisions. Is that you?

I have no problem with this hand but don't like using the term standard.

40BB is a go broke with QQ pre stack.
