Playing QQ facing a raise and a reraise preflop

Just moved to a new table, no info on players. QQ in late position, two players in front have raised, to 3x and 8x BB respectively.
Curious what your general play is here, based on the following effective stack sizes:
1. If you have 10 BB
2. If you have 25 BB
3. If you have 50+ BB

10bb shove
25bb stack sizes and reads are nice but probably shove
50 bb need reads and stack sizes

need exact positions and effective stacks.
10BB gl no matter positions and eff stacks
25BB most likely all-in as well, tough to fold w/ no info even if pot's raised utg and utg+1 3bets
assuming 50BBs+ effective pbb coldcall IP

Assuming there's not some sort of uber extreme ICM situation:
10BB: Insta Shove
25BB: Shove, unless we have specific reads on high level of nitiness
50BB: Shove/4b/call/fold may all be options, depending on our reads, and toughness of table. For instance, with good LAGs, I just shove.
