Hi guys, today i have many doubt about this spot inpre-final table mtt.

IPoker, $2.52 Buy-in (1,200/2,400 blinds, 240 ante) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: 49,319 (20.5 bb)
Hero (BB): 46,978 (19.6 bb)
UTG: 114,048 (47.5 bb)
MP: 19,312 (8 bb)
CO: 83,320 (34.7 bb)
BTN: 66,809 (27.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q

2 folds, CO raises to 7,200, BTN folds, SB raises to 49,079 and is all-in, 2 folds

Spoiler:

OR is a loose aggressive and SB is a medium reg of this level.

What's the best move with AQs from BB?

I wouldn't be folding this, even offsuit esp with CO to SB dynamic when OR is lag and reg proly knows it.

While 3x is concerning CO has plenty worse aces, broadways and small - med pairs. SB can easily be doing this with something like AT,AJ,KQ (which he should)

There is no way i would fold AQss vs SB ranges , even VS button ranges i still woult call / jam it..

I ran this sim 5 away from the FT with 2 big stacks, 3 short and the rest middling (I find this is very normal ICM pressure deep in a tournament).

Luckily AQs is still a slam dunk
