If he had a truly strong hand (AA, KK, AK, maybe even QQ) he would've probably raised smaller to entice more shoves from either short stack blinds, original raiser, or Hero. I know he only 3 bet shoved for 30 bb's effective but to me it looks much weaker than if he were to flat or 3 bet to a smaller amount.
I think the call is okay here. I would have never put him on 22 (lol) but my first thought was 88, 99, TT, JJ.
