some thoughts about the hand
your M is more than 10 you are not desperate to shove.
BTN calls which means he really interesting about the hand.I dont thing he is trapping.
For sure calling is not an option you are out of position.
If you shove and lose you will cry that you bust out with a hand like AQ.
You forgot another option the 3bet about 15000 chips which is mean real strengh.

If you 3-bet, are you ready to call 4-bet from BTN? And what range do you put him into?
If you 3-bet and everyone called, are you leading OTF with any board structure? Of you face up your hand by checking on a board like T75 rainbow?

Why calling is not an option? We have like 3,5:1 pot odds which looks like a fine prize to me ; if board is bad we escape cheaply enough

BUT 3 bet looks to me very dangerous. That raise of 15000 I think is small and don't think it will generate a lot of folds. Imo raise should be larger (like 22.000) and its 25% of our stack. If even only one of the villains call we have a big pot OOP with a hand like AQ

I really think that call is the best option here. Shove against 2 opponents seems a bit risky. 3-bet is kinda meh.

I shove. You're ahead of MP3's range and there's already ~20% of your stack in the pot. It's unexploitable and you're not gaining any extra equity by trying to play this hand out of position.
