Just fold flop multiway.
Hands w/ redraw perform much better on monotone textures esp m-way.

I think it's fine as played. MP1 is c-betting a lot of stuff here so we are good on him on the flop, plus we have a tough time putting CO/SB on hands without flop info so I'm okay with the flat. I still think there is a chance we are good against MP1 on turn, some guys will happily barrel early in micro tourneys to try and build a stack, but w/ CO behind I think we have to lay it down. I think MP1 shows up with AQ/KQ a fair amount here, and prob has some Axs in his range too (also KK given flop sizing) but CO definitely has a lot of draws in his range, and us calling gives him all the odds he needs to call behind. Last thing we want is to go three way where one guy has the nut draw and the other guy has extra outs against us (K here, or some middle pair that he's barreling).

That's a pretty strong betting line, certainly consistent AA/KK without a spade protecting his hand and getting full value from spade draws. I think the only hand that might play this way that you beat is KQ. And you have no idea what CO has behind you. So I think folding turn is good.

He is betting too much with few opponents and you have another player behind you, so it's a fold on the turn. Not sure about flop, probably will call on the flop.
