No real reads on Villain, I should have 3-bet/jammed pf. But what do I do now?

I think preflop fold > shove > call. Posflop I will not fold. You can bet OTF, check-raise or call. Call I think is the best. OTT All in already. How much you have left? Can be call..Call then...
