Both are very close, don't think there is a clear play one way or the other. Push/fold charts aren't designed for 15bb+ stacks.

ATo- Antes are slightly bigger than normal, so I think you could profitably shove (16.3%) 33+,A3s+,ATo+,K9s+,KJo+,QTs+,JTs. If players had been 3betting or calling me a lot, I would shove. If the table was tighter I would min-raise and only call shoves from the button and BB. A smaller raise should get a lot of respect here given that we're in EP and raising into a 5bb stack in the BB.

99- Shoving is definitely profitable, but I think min-raising with the intention of calling shoves is better.

Uummm I dont like the mini raising option , specially in this example when table is loose and calling a lot

If we get shoved it could be ok , but what happens if we just get called? We are most of the time OOP with hands that hate any flop in the world....

If the table is just calling a lot and you're not comfortable playing post, then definitely shove. If the table is 3betting a lot, raise-calling makes a lot more than open jamming.
