As a general suggestion, don't just look at stats. Do an actual review of hand histories to examine situations.

So you are defending the BB 32% of the time but are you defending in the right situations? For example, you should be defending more often against minraise than 3x raises.
Your 3b stat in the SB is too low. One of the best changes I made to my game was adopting a 3b/fold approach in the SB. Calling a raise in the SB is rarely the right play so your stats should be tight but super aggressive there.

2) Pre flop opening ranges: EP 10. MP 11. CO 12. BTN 14. SB 14. BB 7.
VPIP 16, PFR 11, 3BET 5.2
Too nitty overall. EP stats are fine but you should start opening up way more in later positions. Playing 10/10 from EP is good but in CO/BTN you should be running much more laggy. Also try to close that gap between VP and PFR.

3) I don't know how to analize that. I used to bleed out when short, then I started to push more and went too far with both pushes and 3bet pushes. Now I am trying to reach some medium ideal point.
Run a filter by stack size (say 10-20bb) and then review your stats and individual hands. Run them through a program like ICMizer or just compare to a push/fold chart or app to seeing you're missing spots.
Also look at how you play during the different phases of the tourneys. During low blinds your stats should be pretty tight but you should see your stats become laggier as the tourney progresses.
