All-in equity tracking - Poker Copilot

Hi, I've recently been getting back into poker and have mostly been grinding $10-$20 MTTs. It's going well for the most part but in going over results, my all-in equity chart seems... a bit off.
These lines should be pretty close to each other, right? Am I just running bad or is there something weird with how Poker Copilot calculates this?
