So tonight I played a couple of Ty's for the first time in over a year, I'm still rusty from my poker absence. Looking for opinions on this hand.

This early and 62bb effective I'm never folding AK on that flop. There are lots draws in his range there, plus overplayed hands like KQ/A7/A6.

He could conceivably play his sets this way but also his flush draws. I think with TPTK + the BDNFD, I'd make the call here.

I also agree.
raise sizing when multiple people are in has always been a weak point for me. I tend to go too small.
