Raise more flop 24k-26k theres a couple of spades. You say he was very bad, but he's managed to reach the final 6 nevertheless.
Its tough but I would lean towards a call. His range is prob 88+, AJo+, ATs+ and maybe one or two high suited connectors if he likes to call.

You called and lost right, he turned over 99! He could be slow playing AA, but hell he could have any damned two.
