I have trouble with playing hands like AK/AQ deep in tournaments. I play them either way to passive or overplay them but I'm Always struggling if its not a spot were I can get it in easy.

Here I think I have to 3-bet or are we deep enough to flat. I don't want SB/BB joining so that's not an option I think. After villain 4-bets I really don't like my spot. Feel like I took the worst option with calling even though I have position. Lots of flops I can't continue on a C-bet because I miss. Now I call 4-bet fold flop to often. Is 3-bet folding a better line of is this to weak? Is shoving an option this deep. feel like I only get called by QQ+ hands or am I overestimating his 4-bet call range?

On this stack depth, I'd usually 3b bigger. Probably around 6-7bbs. As played, I'd 5b jam.

I second that. Depending on his stats and how tight he's been raising, I'd 3 bet larger, 5 bet jam here as well.

I agree with El Duderino. I would size the 3 bet much larger, especially if He raised a little loosed earlier, and then definitely 5 bet shove before flop.
