A8s in the Cutoff / Defending QJs in a three way all in

Hey guys,

I´ve got a question regarding these two hands here:

I had around average stake at that point, its been an MTT with around 57 starters and this was approx 15 places away from the bubble.
I am struggeling if minraising or just jamming is better here (and if minraising what to do if the BB jams)?

I guess this one is a fold right?
Wont have a 29% chance of winning this pot which is necessary right?
