Call and set-mine. You're 30bb effective against MP and 45 against BTN. We don't have a read on BTN that he might 3b light here - in fact the sizing screams strength - so I wouldn't want to 4b and bloat the pot OOP. If MP 4bets you cam get away from the hand having only invested 3bb.
