what would be the best plan to play this?
start with x/decide x/call most of the time or bet big flop bet allin turn?

fold pre because MP+1 likes to put chips in the pot and your out of position against him.

bet out half pot flop or check fold. again you won't be in this spot if you just folded pre and won't be tempted to put chips in when your behind on the flop or worse on the turn.

Think it's an easy flop check/call evaluate turn. I see a few problems betting here. First you're bloating the pot against a station on a very wet board that favors a normal mp1 regs range. Now add about 10% given villian's stats.

You're bloating the pot with a lot of bad turns that'll lead to a lot of tough decisions. So on flop you're either drawing or slightly ahead. Protection is meaningless when your opponent will call anyway, which they will the majority given this texture. Betting big then jamming turn feels like a punt imo.

probably a fold pre but I open it sometimes on this stack if the bb isn't defending much

flop is x/c for me

Fold pre, you shouldn't be opening speculative hands like this from early position off a 24bb stack. Becomes extremely difficult to play postflop.

I'm not crazy about a x/c line because you'll end up x/folding so many turns. I think I prefer the CB, followed by a turn shove on any favorable card. It is worth noting that he likes to call pre but hasn't floated yet, so he might be a fit-or-fold player and will give up lots of his range here.
