Isn't it going to depend on the other short stacks and the number of players in the tournament?

In these spots I'm a massive nit normally and a big fan of making the money but there are gonna be a lot of external factors that go into my decision making here.

Is this anything like my A3s hand where I was five handed on 15bb? Is min-raising an option here? With three folds there are only five players left.

I'm mostly inclined to ship 88 in this spot. I don't know if that's MTT suicide so close to the bubble but I think it's a good spot to double and give yourself some room inside the money when you win. That's coming from a tournament n00b though.

I suppose it's villain dependant....and the interest you have in making to the money...

As you only have between 13-22 hands on them it's better to be on the cautious side so i probably fold because villains don't feel the pressure of being out of bubble if they call.

It wasn't a big tourney (200+ runners) but there were probably a dozen or so players with shorter stacks than mine. Paid 36 places. So there is a good chance the bubble bursts very soon.

I don't think so, this site plays pretty passively so the risk of a call is high and I don't really want to see a flop with this hand.

Is it criminal to bust outside of the money in this spot with a dozen shorter stacks? Is that the real question we're evaluating? If you were the shortest stack or you were 20 from the money I assume it would be a pretty easy shove.

I could lean either way. two off the money and no antes?? I'm more inclined to shove if there were some extra dead money in the pot. its a meh. There are good reasons for both avenues. If you shove and win the blinds you surely make the money no problem. Assuming the shorter stacks at your table don't GII with the winner. I know I know ICM has to play a factor, but winning a flip at these critical stages propels you to being in a position to win the tournament. Its what we are after anyway right?

Antes are 350. Obviously close but I'm shoving.

As I was thinking about what to do the bubble broke before I could act so it ended up being a moot point. But I wasn't sure what I would have done.

I'm shoving for sure - ICM factor isn't massive on the money bubble and we need to build our stack.
