simple situation: 6max Hyper KO
Lets say someone raises his entire range from the SB (just forget about limping ranges) and we covered him for a few chips...would it always makes more sense to 3bpush our entire range, because of the bounty...or does flatting here also makes sense?
Anyone know, how to make the math here what is more plus ev?
For example pushT8s vs call T8s and play postflop...what is more plus ev?
