Don't ever use M factor, it's useless and outdated.
Today players use other tools to determine a shove ( Icm and ChipEV) or use standard shove charts

+EV to shove.
however even if a play is +ev doesn't mean its going to win in the short term.
you could fold hoping you run good and get a better hand in the short term making chips when the actual hand is actually +ev and someone will actually call.

or you could just win the blinds here and try and develop a looser image and maybe that will get calls from your better hands in the future.

if its 0.25 45 man on stars just get it all in. people underestimate the amount of luck variance or whatever you wanna call it in tournaments. sometimes not making the +ev play allows you to win that particular tournament. sometimes when you make the +ev play you win anyways. who knows.
